I eventually found someone on reddit who in response to somebody who had a similar problem said that they also had the same problem and it fixed itself after changing the USB to another one with the installation media installed on it. I went ahead and did that and I still have the same issue with the blue screen. When trying to find answers online, one of the highest recommended things were that I enable secure boot. While it's loading the screen is all glitched at the bottom and about 1-2 seconds after the installation setup appears, the computer just blue screens. I don't think I did anything wrong when building the PC as it still starts up and shows the bios menu (MSI) but when I insert the USB into the PC the Windows 10 installation begins to load. I put the official Windows media tool from there website on an 8GB USB. A couple of days ago I finished building my first PC build and I haven't been able to install windows ever since.
